Jack Nelson and The County Line Band have been performing Shows and Dances in the Valley since 2007.
Starting out as a 4 piece band, they have now grown to a 7 piece band with the newest addition being a talented lady from Fredericksburg Texas, Suzy Kreitz, who has also been performing in the Valley for several years.
Not only is she an "exciting vocalist", but a solid harmony singer adding a rounded out sound to their shows. Another new addition to County Line is Bill Kreitz on board as Sound Technician.

Jack Nelson, lead vocalist and rhythm guitar from Manitoba, Canada, was voted Male Vocalist in 2008 at the Rio Grande Valley Music Festival, and was nominated Male Vocalist at the Manitoba Academy of
Country Artists. He has appeared at the Dauphin Country Fest, in Manitoba and at Wee Fest in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota where he opened for Little Texas. He has also performed on shows with Tommy Cash,
George Morgan and several Canadian recording artists.
Guests can expect to see a band that has "fun" while at the same time presenting a "true country sound" with many favorites recorded by Don Williams, Merle Haggard, George Jones, George Strait and
many, many more.
Jack and the County Line Band will be presenting their, "RIO VALLEY OPRY SHOW" for the 6th year on January 26th, 2014 at Ranchero Village, Weslaco, TX. This is expected to be another sold out show.
They have also teamed up with The Shriners in LaFeria and Pharr to present several "Shows" to help raise funds for the Shriners valuable work.
